Cultivated Candle Co. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This depends on the type of candle you order as Cultivated Candle Co. vintage candles are made to order and have longer shipping timelines. Signature candles and melts ship as soon as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During the busy holiday season, Cultivated Candle Co. is still consistently shipping orders on time and even early in some special cases. Within 24 hours of receiving your initial shipping notification email, your package will be dropped off at a USPS. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Cultivated Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or USPS not scanning tracking information properly. Postal service problems are out of Cultivated Candle Co.’s control and refunds will not be issued for packages that arrive late due to USPS delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Cultivated Candle Co. Headquarters off of Cleveland Ave on the east side of Columbus, Ohio. After placing your order, email or message us about local pickup to coordinate a pick up time. We are a production-only space and will bring your order out to your car.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
During the holiday season, if you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cultivatedcandleco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
During the remainder of the year, if you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cultivatedcandleco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Cultivated Candle Co. does not accept returns or exchanges once after an order has shipped.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cultivatedcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
