Behind the Scenes - A Week Before An Antique Candle Upload

It’s the most wonderful time of the…month! Our Antique Candle Uploads are a Cultivated Candle Co. staple that gives us a super busy AND fun week beforehand to prep. So, what all goes into the week before an Antique Candle Upload?  

Here at CCC, we are obsessed with learning about our new vintage finds. Researching and identifying the history behind each vintage piece gives us a glimpse into how and where the pieces were produced. We hand-pick every vintage find for each Antique Candle Upload and decide what to include based on seasonal themes, first-ever finds and customer requests! Every candle is one-of-a-kind, so we have different measurements and methods we use to calculate the wax amount, weight and more. Not to mention, a new photoshoot for every Antique Candle Upload because - you guessed it - every antique candle is so unique.
